The EMEC KMS MF series is a versatile dosing pump series that supports various operating modes, including constant, divide, multiply, ppm, perc, mlq, batch, volt, mA and timer. This flexibility enables precise and customisable dosing for different applications.
Here are some important features of the EMEC KMS MF series:
- Multifunctionality: supports different operating modes for different dosing requirements.
- High precision: Thanks to the PTFE diaphragm and robust design, the pumps are durable and reliable.
- Easy integration: Can be controlled proportionally via external signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-10 V or pulses.
You can also:
- Set automatic re-priming when the flow sensor is installed (sefl menu)
- Enable the system for over-recovery (sefl menu)
- Set a maintenance dosing when the system is at a standstill (ppm menu - upkeep setting)
The pump has the following features:
- STAND-BY input
- SEFL input (flow sensor)
- LEVEL input (level controller)
- ALARM contact output
The dosing capacity of the pump is determined by the number of pulses and the capacity per individual injection. The setting of individual injections is only linear for values between 30% and 100%.
The operating and control parameters are shown on an LCD display and managed via a keypad.
