Many of our customers would like to train their service technicians on the different device variants of the Testomat.
For this purpose, we have been offering in-house product training at the customer's premises for many years, in addition to training courses in our modern technical center in Hildesheim.
The feedback from our customer yesterday: "I would also like to thank you very much for organizing the training. It was a nice and instructive day for me/us. Our expectations were fully met."
Depending on the size of the group, appropriate training equipment for practical training as well as training materials are sent to the customer company.
Our instructor conducts the practically oriented training with the following contents at the customer's site:
- Basics of photometric analysis
- Technical design and differences of the individual instrument variants
- Service and maintenance
- Troubleshooting in the event of a malfunction
- Practical exercises on the Testomat
The Testomats will be provided with 20 faults by us, which the participants will find during the training day with the support of our instructor and put the instrument into a working condition.
